Yoga-retreat-Yoga -camp

The “I am well!” yoga retreat will take place at the beautiful Hullám Villa in Balatonmáriafürdő (Lake Balaton)  from June 1st to June 4th 2023.

During these four days, we will focus on wellness, mindfulness, and healing. Our goal is to tune our frequencies high and reach a state of peace and harmony.

Our retreat will center around stress relief, healing, protection, immune system support, and self-love. If you struggle with immune system disorders, inflammation, allergies, frequent colds, or autoimmune diseases, these four days are for you. We will fill ourselves with energy and feeling good physically, mentally, and spiritually.

We will have

• morning meditations and yoga classes,
• afternoon yoga practice and meditations, and workshops to learn more about mindfulness and healing.

We will also have free time to relax by the pool, sunbathe, and socialize with other like-minded individuals.

We will share delicious, healthy breakfasts together and create new friendships.

Our venue is a cozy and family-friendly space, only a few minutes from the beach. You can easily reach it by train or bus, and the station is only a 10-minute walk away.

I am confident that this retreat will help you start a new habit, recharge, and transform your mind, body, and soul. You will receive a complete “treatment” that you can continue practicing at home.
